We are delighted to announce our team promotions and significant milestones for 2024, with the highlight being Bianca Muscio becoming Principal and our first next generation owner.
As we say goodbye to another financial year and welcome a new one, it gives me great pleasure to announce our team promotions and significant milestones for 2024.
Team Promotions
Congratulations to Emerson Wise on appointment to Associate. Emerson joined us in early 2023 as a pre-graduate, juggling fulltime studies and his client services role. In April this year, an opportunity arose for a new position in our associate team; Emerson applied for and was offered the role. It has been wonderful to see such a young man show commitment to his growth.
Congratulations to Matthew Howley on appointment to Financial Advisor. Matthew commenced with the firm in May 2023, initially as an Associate Advisor. His commitment to the firm's values, dedication to exceptional client advice, and passion for growth makes him an exceptional team member. We are excited to be a part of Matthew’s development to lead financial advisor.
Zoe Vincent returns
Zoe welcomed a girl to her family last year, and earlier this year we were fortunate to have her return from maternity leave to her role of Operations Manager. In June, Zoe’s little girl celebrated her first birthday and we celebrated 9 years of Zoe with our firm. We are delighted to have Zoe back to continue her influence on the team and as part of our Leadership team.

In 2019, we began working on a growth and succession plan to welcome a new generation of owners at WARR HUNT. Our goal was to develop individuals within our team and implement the first step of succession by July 2024.
Last year marked our 20th anniversary since the re-positioning of the firm, and 10th anniversary of the re-brand to WARR HUNT. With these two significant milestones behind us, it is fitting we announce our first step has taken place with Bianca Musico now a Principal of WARR HUNT.
Firms like ours often see the founding owners selling out to other firms or into institutional ownership. However, in 2019 we agreed that our clients’ interests were best served by WARR HUNT remaining privately owned, free of institutional influences, and ensuring the ownership of the firm passes to the next generation of talented leaders.
Bianca joins the founding directors as a shareholder of the firm, and we believe this is another significant milestone securing the future of WARR HUNT.

These announcements signify our investment in talented individuals and support of those raising families whilst pursing their professional goals.
In the coming years you will see a gradual change in the leadership and ownership of WARR HUNT, as our next generation increase their influence and contribution. And importantly, we all remain committed to providing excellence in advice and a commitment to helping our clients, our team and our community improve their financial lives.
